For 20 years Kathie & Paul Scott have guided communities around the world to divine Reflection and personal Revelation through Anahata, a 90-minute, active breathwork and sound experience, augmented with the subtle medicinal power of Raw Cacao to help liberate the wings of the Heart.

The profound promise when working with the Breath is that when you stick with it, it works.
The breathing that we share in Anahata has a stable rhythm that powerfully charges the body on the inhale, and forcefully expels toxins (physical and psychological) on the exhale.
Each repetition adds a step on a stairway to Higher Awareness, a stairway that leads beyond the traditional seven chakras of your physical body, and into five of the grades of your subtle body beyond. Yes, we work with the Harmony of 12.
Ceremonial Cacao
Raw Cacao has a distinct ability to activate anandamides — the ‘bliss’ molecules that we experience when falling in love. It is the wings of the heart that deepen and elevate this practice every time you dive in, and so we connect with the Spirit of Cacao in honor of activating those wings.
